Use our measurement guide at /measurement. You will need waist, hip, knee, ankle, and total height measurements. Submit them via the /my-tail configurator.
What is the difference between silicone and fabric mermaid tails?
Silicone tails are realistic, durable, and used for performance and photography. Fabric tails are lighter, more flexible, and better for beginners or extended swimming sessions.
Can I customize the colors and fin design?
Yes. Choose from preset palettes or upload a custom color spec during configuration. OEM clients can fully customize the mold.
What is the lead time for a custom order?
Custom DTC orders take 4–8 weeks from confirmation. OEM orders take 6–12 weeks depending on quantity and complexity.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your country.
How do I care for a silicone tail?
Rinse with fresh water after every use, dry away from direct sunlight, and store flat in a cool place. Avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces.
